Great experience with Rockford Auto Parts! Nate was incredibly helpful, professional, and easy to work with. He went above and beyond to help me find the right parts, and everything was exactly as described. The prices were fair, the service was fast, and the whole process was smooth. I highly recommend asking for Nate if you need anything. Thanks again!

I had a very disappointing experience with Rockford Autoparts. They sold me a bad engine, which caused a lot of unnecessary time and frustration. When I reported the issue, they were slow to pick up the defective motor, leaving me waiting much longer than I should have. After they finally picked it up, I still had to fight to get the warranty parts for the replacement engine. Instead of standing behind what they sold, I felt like I was given the runaround the entire time. Poor customer service, poor communication, and no sense of urgency when dealing with a major problem. I would think twice before buying an engine from them again. Would give them a 0 start if I could

Mr. Rick is truly top-tier - easily the #1 sales rep in the Midwest in my experience 👍🔥 I’ve been working with him for the past 5 years, and he has consistently delivered excellent service every single time. He’s reliable, knowledgeable, and always goes the extra mile to make sure everything runs smoothly 🙌 This place is also a fantastic one-stop shop for parts - everything you need is under one roof, which makes things super convenient 🛠️🚗 The yard is well organized, and they really move fast when it comes to shipping, which is a huge plus when you’re on a deadline ⏱️📦 On top of that, the pricing is very fair and competitive 💰, especially considering the quality and speed of service you get. It’s rare to find a place that combines low prices, fast turnaround, and great customer support all together. Overall, I highly recommend them and especially working with Mr. Rick if you get the chance - he makes the whole experience smooth and stress-free every time 🌟👏
